Custom Packaging Process
Custom packaging works best when the product, structure and artwork are developed as one specification. The steps below show how a typical project moves forward.
1. Project Brief
Send product dimensions, weight, photos, desired packaging style, quantity, destination and target use. Reference images are helpful when the structure is not yet decided.
2. Structure and Material Review
We review the box, bag, pouch or insert direction together with material, print and finish options. Recommendations depend on the product and intended presentation.
3. Specification and Quotation
The quotation is prepared against a defined direction: dimensions, material, print, finish, quantity and packing or delivery requirements.
4. Artwork and Sampling
Artwork is checked against the selected structure. A physical sample can be arranged so the dimensions, construction and visual direction can be reviewed before production.
5. Production Review
The approved specification becomes the production reference. Checks can include structure alignment, color and finish consistency, adhesion, insert fit, assembly and quantity.
6. Packing and Delivery
Export-carton protection and shipping requirements are confirmed for the order. Freight timing depends on the destination and selected transportation method.
