Packaging Structure Development
We review product dimensions, weight, presentation and packing needs to identify a suitable box, bag, pouch or insert direction.
Material and Finish Selection
Compare paper, board, fabric, insert and surface finish options. Depending on the design, finish directions can include lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, ribbons and printed interiors.
Artwork and Print Review
Artwork is checked against the selected structure and print direction before production files are finalized. Final suitability depends on the artwork, material and process.
Sampling
A physical sample can be arranged to review the structure, dimensions and visual direction before production.
Production and Export Packing
After the specification and sample direction are approved, production and packing requirements are confirmed for the order.
What to Send for a Quote
Provide the product dimensions, preferred style, material or finish references, artwork, quantity and destination. If the specification is not complete, reference photos are a useful starting point.
