1. B2B Use of This Website

This website presents custom packaging capabilities, sample products and quotation information for business buyers. Product images are examples of structures, materials, printing and finishes. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, they do not represent ready-stock retail goods or guaranteed final specifications.

2. Quotations and Orders

Prices, minimum order quantities, sampling charges, tooling charges, production lead times, freight and payment terms are confirmed separately for each project. An order becomes binding after the buyer approves the quotation or proforma invoice and we confirm receipt of the required payment.

3. Custom Specifications and Artwork

The buyer is responsible for confirming dimensions, materials, colors, artwork, trademarks, barcodes, regulatory text and other specifications before production. Digital proofs and samples may differ slightly from bulk production because of normal material and manufacturing tolerances.

4. Intellectual Property

The buyer confirms that it has the right to use all logos, artwork, text and other materials supplied to us. LIONWRAPACK retains ownership of its website content, original photography, technical know-how and designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Samples, Production and Quality

Production begins after required approvals and payment conditions are satisfied. Quality criteria, inspection methods, tolerances and any required testing or documentation must be agreed before production. Compliance documents are product-, material- and market-specific and are not automatically applicable to every order.

6. Shipping, Duties and Risk

Shipping method, Incoterms, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and transfer of risk are governed by the confirmed quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or signed contract. Estimated dates are not guaranteed when delays result from carriers, customs, force majeure or buyer changes.

7. Cancellations, Claims and Remedies

Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned after production has started. Claims must be submitted promptly with the order number, photographs, quantity details and supporting evidence. Where a verified manufacturing non-conformity exists, the appropriate remedy may be rework, replacement, credit or refund as agreed for the affected goods.

You may not use this site or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activities, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
