Shipping Policy for Custom B2B Packaging Orders

LIONWRAPACK, operated by Shenzhen Lion Packaging Co., Ltd., supplies made-to-order packaging for business buyers. Shipping arrangements are confirmed for each quotation because order size, destination, Incoterms and transport method vary.

1. Production Before Shipment

Custom packaging is produced after artwork, specifications, samples where applicable, and required payment have been approved. Production lead time starts only after all required approvals and materials are available. The confirmed quotation or proforma invoice takes priority over general estimates shown on this website.

2. Shipping Methods

Available methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail or truck transport. We recommend the method based on shipment volume, destination, timing and cost, but the final method must be confirmed with the buyer.

3. Transit Times

Transit times are estimates supplied by carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, port congestion, inspections, weather, peak seasons and force majeure may cause delays. Production time and transit time are separate.

4. Freight, Duties and Incoterms

Freight charges, insurance, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage and destination fees depend on the agreed Incoterm and quotation. Unless specifically included in writing, buyers are responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, permits and import clearance.

5. Delivery Information

The buyer must provide accurate consignee name, company name, address, postcode, telephone number, tax or importer information and any carrier-required documents. Costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Tracking and Documents

Tracking details or shipping documents are provided when available. For freight shipments, documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. Additional certificates or declarations must be agreed before production because availability depends on the product, material and destination market.

7. Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect the shipment promptly. Visible carton damage, shortage or suspected transit loss should be recorded with the carrier at delivery. Keep outer cartons, labels and packing materials and provide photographs, video and quantity details when reporting a claim.

8. Damage, Loss and Carrier Claims

Where risk has transferred to the buyer under the agreed Incoterm, carrier claims may need to be filed by the buyer or consignee. We will provide reasonable supporting shipping documents. Manufacturing-quality claims are handled separately under our Refund and Custom Order Policy.

9. Returns

Custom-made goods cannot be returned simply because they are no longer required or because of buyer-approved specifications. Any authorized return must be agreed in writing before shipment.

10. Contact

For a shipping quotation, provide the product, quantity, carton dimensions if known, destination postcode or port, required delivery date and preferred Incoterm. Use the contact details published on lionwrapack.com.
