These answers explain the usual custom packaging process. Final requirements, pricing and timing are confirmed for each project.

Can you make packaging to my product size?

Yes. Send the product dimensions, weight and photos so the structure, internal space and insert direction can be reviewed.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The suitable quantity depends on the packaging structure, material, printing and finishing process. Include your required quantity when requesting a quote; if it is not fixed, provide an estimated range.

Can I order a sample?

A physical sample can be arranged after the structure, dimensions, material and artwork direction are sufficiently defined. Sample cost and timing are confirmed before work begins.

What artwork files should I provide?

Vector PDF, AI or EPS files are preferred. Convert fonts to outlines and include linked images. If artwork is not final, send your logo and a visual reference so feasibility can be discussed.

How long does production take?

Timing varies by structure, material, finish, quantity and production schedule. The production period is confirmed after the specification, artwork and sample direction are approved.

Can you match a brand color?

Provide a Pantone reference or physical color sample when color control is important. The substrate, printing process and surface finish can affect the final appearance, so an approved sample is the practical reference.

Can you make custom inserts?

Insert directions can include paperboard, molded pulp, foam, fabric-covered structures and other options depending on the product and presentation requirement.

How is shipping quoted?

Provide the delivery country, postal code or port, preferred shipping method and any deadline. Freight and packing requirements are reviewed separately from the packaging specification.

Can I reorder the same packaging?

Yes. Reference the previous order, approved artwork and specification. Materials or processes are reconfirmed if anything has changed since the previous production run.
