PPWR Test Reports Available

LIONWRAPACK keeps third-party sample test reports that can support PPWR-related heavy metal documentation for selected packaging categories. These reports apply to the submitted samples and should be reviewed against the final material, structure, order specification and destination market.

  • Paper packaging box / carton: Test Report ATA022608235, dated August 27, 2026. The submitted paper packaging box sample was tested for Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg) and Hexavalent Chromium (Cr(VI)) with reference to PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Conclusion: PASS.
  • Jewelry pouch / ultra-fine fiber bag: Test Report ATA022608236, dated August 27, 2026. The submitted jewelry pouch sample was tested for Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr(VI)) and total heavy metals with reference to PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Conclusion: PASS.

Quality and Sustainability Documentation

  • FSC Chain of Custody: Certificate No. 0156725, FSC code SAI-COC-011360, covering tracking of wood based material with FSC 100%, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled claims. Certification expiry date: September 11, 2028. FSC claims must be confirmed before production and clearly stated on invoices and shipping documents for applicable orders.
  • ISO 9001 quality management: Certificate No. INV-Q20258656 covers the production and sales of paper and textile packaging products under GB/T19001-2016 / ISO9001:2015 and states a validity date through September 11, 2026. Buyers should request the current certificate or renewal status before relying on it for a new order.
  • Germany EPR / LUCID: Shenzhen Lion Packaging Co., Ltd is registered with Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister under registration number DE2251941679802 from August 30, 2022.
  • Spain producer registration: Spain producer registration documentation is available under registration number REGAGE25e00089182637 for SHENZHEN LION PACKAGING CO LTD.
  • EU representative support: EC REP documentation is available through EUREP ENV S.L. under agreement number EUREP-2026082709104670702, valid from August 27, 2026 to August 26, 2027, for relevant EU market projects where applicable.

Depending on the final material and product category, LIONWRAPACK can provide or arrange sample-based test documentation such as RoHS, PAHs, BPA, migration and azo colourants reports.

  • Paper box sample: RoHS documentation with reference to Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending 2011/65/EU.
  • Cosmetic bag sample: RoHS documentation for a bowknot cosmetic bag sample with reference to Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending 2011/65/EU.
  • Jewelry pouch sample: PAHs documentation with reference to AfPS GS 2014:01 PAK and REACH Annex XVII Entry 50.
  • Drawstring cotton bag sample: BPA, migration and related safety documentation with a PASS conclusion for the submitted sample.
  • 100% cotton bag sample: Azo colourants test documentation with reference to REACH Annex XVII Item 43 and a PASS result.

LIONWRAPACK is a registered packaging-related trade mark. EU trade mark registration No. 019006501 covers packaging-related goods in class 16. China trade mark registration No. 43009987 covers paper bags, paper boxes and paper packaging goods in class 16 and is valid until September 13, 2030.

Important note: LIONWRAPACK provides packaging manufacturing and documentation support. PPWR compliance for a finished product placed on the EU market may also involve the brand owner, importer, distributor, authorised representative, EPR registration, labelling rules and national implementation requirements. Buyers should confirm final obligations with their EU compliance adviser or local authority.
